Pigs in a blanket

Make pigs in a blanket gourmet by using Mom's Pizza Dough. It is simple so even your kids can get in on the fun. Get creative and add chili or cheese or just use a plain old hot dog. You could even try mini hot dogs for party food.

Pigs in a Blanket

8 regular sized hot dogs

1 package Mom's Pizza Dough

olive oil

On a floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a rectangle the same length as your hot dog. Cut into 8 strips. 

Wrap dough around each hot dog. The ends of the hot dog should peek out.

Pinch to seal. Brush with olive oil.

Bake in 400 degree oven 18-20 minutes. Let cool before serving.
